The Macallan is revered worldwide for its rich heritage, exceptional craftsmanship, and mastery of sherry-seasoned oak. The Edition Series is a limited annual release celebrating the diversity of Macallan’s cask influence and collaboration with creative partners.

Edition No. 2 is a collaboration between Master Whisky Maker Bob Dalgarno and the Roca brothers, the acclaimed chefs behind El Celler de Can Roca in Spain. Together, they selected seven unique cask types from four different bodegas to craft a whisky that reflects both their creative vision and flavor preferences.

Each cask contributes to a vibrant, layered expression that balances richness, warmth, and complex character.

Tasting Notes:

• Color: Rich golden amber
• Nose: Treacle, apples, toffee, vanilla, and a hint of ginger
• Palate: Warm and spicy with notes of dried fruits, chocolate, and nutmeg
• Finish: Long, full, and slightly sweet with lingering oak and spice

Hand or machine wash on a cool, gentle cycle with similar colours. Avoid harsh chemicals or stain removers, which can affect the colour.
