Madame Clicquot used her determination, intuition and vision to choose and aquire exceptional grand crus parcels with exceptional grapes.

Tasting Notes: Delicate flavors of white raspberry, toast, candied ginger and smoky minerality are seamlessly knit in this vibrant rosé Champagne, slowly expanding on the palate into the lasting finish of fruit, saline and sliced almond. 

Pairing: An ideal pairing with fish tartare, blinis, or pasta with parmesan.
