Vini - Veni Vidi Vici - Sauvignon Blanc

Overview:  Vini Winery from the Thracian Valley of Bulgaria.

Tasting Notes: Straw colored in the glass, this Bulgarian Sauvignon Blanc has aromas of white flowers and honeysuckle. In the mouth, there are flavors of lemon zest, honeydew and citrus blossom. The finish is crisp and clean. 

Pairing: Herb-driven sauces over chicken, tofu, or fish dishes.
