West Cork Black Cask is a meticulously crafted blend of 66% grain and 34% malt Irish whiskey. Initially aged in first-fill bourbon casks for three years, it undergoes an additional finishing period in heavily charred bourbon casks. This process imparts a rich complexity and depth to the whiskey. 

Tasting Notes:

• Aroma: Malt with lingering sweetness, vanilla, and a slight smokiness.
• Palate: Rich malt and vanilla flavors complemented by subtle sweetness.
• Finish: Long and warming with notes of dark chocolate, dried fruits, and a hint of spice.

Hand or machine wash on a cool, gentle cycle with similar colours. Avoid harsh chemicals or stain removers, which can affect the colour.
