West Cork Distillers, founded in 2003 in Union Hall, Ireland, presents this 12-year-old single malt Irish whiskey. Matured initially in first-fill bourbon casks for 12 years, it undergoes a finishing period of approximately 110 days in rum casks sourced from the West Indies. Bottled at 43% ABV and non-chill filtered, this expression offers a unique interplay of flavors.

Tasting Notes:

• Aroma: Notes of malt, coconut, and marzipan. 
• Palate: Flavors of malt, floral tones, dried fruit, and a lingering vanilla sweetness.
• Finish: Long with rum sweetness, earthy malt, and hints of vanilla and honey.

Hand or machine wash on a cool, gentle cycle with similar colours. Avoid harsh chemicals or stain removers, which can affect the colour.
