Grupo Yuu Baal is made up of producers in San Juan del Rio, San Luis del Rio Tlacolula and Miahuatlan, Oaxaca.

The quality of the "magueys" begins in the earth and looking after it as well, this means that the complete cycle of production as is the planting, cutting, and destilation are done manually, all with absolute respect for our environment.

Yuu Baal Jabali is made from maguey Jabali that has been roasted in a pit oven. The agave is then mashed by hand with wooden mallets, fermented in pine wood vats, and double distilled in small clay pots after it has been cooked. According to the label, this mezcal was made in Miahuatlan de Porfirio Diaz, Oaxaca, using clay pots, which makes it unique because clay distillation is not common in that region.

Hand or machine wash on a cool, gentle cycle with similar colours. Avoid harsh chemicals or stain removers, which can affect the colour.
