Plénitude is Dom Pérignon’s three-stage maturity concept developed over many years, based on the discovery that Champagne matures in three distinct stages. Champagne enters the first Plénitude after eight years of ageing – the standard age for the label’s vintages – before entering the second after 15 years and third after around 30 years. Dom Pérignon Rosé in its P2 version is particularly rare, with the 2000 vintage marked as unparalleled, intense and flavourful without ever feeling heavy. br>
