Presented in a hand-crafted decanter made from Scottish oak, cradled in a wooden display case echoing the elemental forces of wind and sea that shape the island, this whisky is limited to only 225 bottles worldwide—a true collector’s piece.

Tasting Notes

Appearance:

Deep mahogany with copper undertones, shimmering with exceptional viscosity.

Nose:

Richly aromatic and layered. Notes of dried figs, toasted oak, and leather unfurl alongside spiced Seville orange, antique polished wood, and subtle wafts of smoldering peat. Hints of beeswax, dark chocolate, and aged tobacco evoke decades of careful aging.

Palate:

Silky and profound. Flavors of preserved plum, walnut oil, and treacle toffee glide across the tongue. Intricate layers of spice—clove, cinnamon bark, and gentle star anise—complement the honeyed peat smoke. A touch of salt-kissed coastal air brings balance and intrigue.
