A limited-edition single malt from Port Ellen that tells the story of nine casks uncovered from the four centuries old stocks of casks. Delicate, grassy aromas mingle with burnt orange, soft smoke, crème caramel, roasted coffee and peach compote on the nose. The palate offers notes of rich bonfire smoke, pipe tobacco, leather and oak spice.

Closed in 1983, Port Ellen has since become one of the most sought-after whiskies in the world. Increasingly rare, spirit produced at the distillery demonstrates some of the finest character found on the island of Islay.

Tasting Notes

Smokier with some richer notes of tobacco and leather

Hand or machine wash on a cool, gentle cycle with similar colours. Avoid harsh chemicals or stain removers, which can affect the colour.
