Ruinart is the oldest Champagne house which started selling bottles of Champagne from 1729. Prior to that the family's business was really cotton, but as they began to provide customers free bottles of Champagne as a 'thank you' the demand for their fizz quickly meant that their attentions were soon fully on Champagne rather than the business of old. Today the cellars are beautiful and a World Heritage site in their own right

Tasting Notes

Like all Ruinart's Champagnes, the Rose is delicate and elegant. Lovely fresh berry flavours add just a hint of 'fleshy' character to this tight bubbled joy of a Champagne. Delicious. 

Hand or machine wash on a cool, gentle cycle with similar colours. Avoid harsh chemicals or stain removers, which can affect the colour.
