Domaine de Galuval’s Le Coq Volant (yes, that means “The Flying Rooster”) is a Rhône red that doesn’t take itself too seriously, but still delivers big on flavour. A blend of juicy Grenache and spicy Syrah, it’s silky, fruit-forward, and just a touch oaky. Think blackberries, violets, and that smooth peppery finish you only get from a good Rhône. Pair it with pizza, roast chicken, or Tuesday night—it’s as easy to love as it is to drink.
