Moving on from the production of ale and gin that has characterised the local alcohol market in recent years, Jack methodically put his plans into motion…and the rest is history.

Ron Canuto 7 years comes from the Andes in Ecuador. Here, the sugar cane from which the molasses are made grows at over 2,000 metres above sea level, on which the exceptional rum Ron Canuto is based. The rum also matures exactly here its 7 years, with the height affecting the ageing process. This is why the Ron Canuto also appears a little older than the same old rum, which are stored at a lower height.
