Yellowstone Select: Rum Cask is part of the brand’s experimental Special Finishes Collection, where a smooth, four‑year Kentucky Straight Bourbon is finished for nine weeks in ex‑rum casks sourced from Havana, Cuba. Clocking in at 50% ABV (100 proof), this bold pour layers tropical sweetness and spice onto its bourbon base. Expect notes of crème brûlée, toasted marshmallow, and toffee stacked atop warm oak and rounded out by clove, tobacco, cocoa‑kissed wood, and a honeyed finish. It’s adventurous, balanced, and perfect for both sipping and stellar cocktail exploration.
