Their stated purpose is (obviously) to create great wines and have slowly added to this reputation by purchasing some of the best vineyards in Burgundy. All their wines are of a very consistent quality. If, like me, you have a relative (Father in Law in my case) who insists on drinking French Wine then Louis Jadot is a ver safe bet.
