A wine with an abundance of character. Whilst Pinot Not is a delicate and often difficult grape to grow and work with when it’s got right it is really right. Slander is aromatic to say the least with ripe cranberry, pepper, sage and more red fruits all coming to the fore. Despite all this complexity the finish is wonderfully velvety and supple. As you can imagine with a wine like this, quantities are limited!
